ACCOUNT DELETION PROCESS

InsCash: Account Closure Process

To permanently close your InsCash account, follow the steps below. Our customer support team is ready to assist you throughout the process.  

Account Closure Requirements

Before deleting your account, ensure all outstanding loan balances are fully repaid. You can easily settle payments through the InsCash mobile app.  

Account Deletion Methods

You can request account closure through either of these convenient options:  

 

  1. Via the InsCash App:

- Select "My Account" and then "Account Deletion"

- Choose "Delete Account and Data" and confirm  

- Your request will be processed immediately  

 

  1. Via Email Request:

- Send an email to help@inscash.cc with the subject line:  

  "Account Deletion Request – [Your Registered Mobile Number]”

- Our team will verify and complete your request within two business days

Important Considerations

- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

- All account data, including transaction history and personal details, will be permanently erased

- You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete
